Nothing! You simply need to accept and consent to the healing, so that I have permission to connect with your energy. If the healing is a distance healing: I will connect to your energy and scan the essence of your soul, exactly the same as when I’m with you face to face - although you can lie down and listen to relaxing music at the same time if you wish to do so. You may feel a warmth and sense of peace as I do the healing, but you can be at home, work, or even doing chores.

Absolutely everything discussed stays between myself and you and will never be discussed outside of your session between myself or any other spiritual practitioners you may work with unless you are at risk of harming yourself or others then confidentially does not apply by this I mean you are risk to harming yourself and there is risk to your life or others then this will be broken to keep you or others safe .

We cannot influence another person’s energy to act or behave in any way we wish, as this can be harmful to your soul path and interfere with karmic affect in a very negative way. If this person isn’t for your highest good, what we can do is look at healing your energy and changing your vibration so that you can attract the healthiest soul mate for your highest good - whoever that shall be .

I’m here to help and will never tell you anything scary or frightening, quite the opposite! I will instill calm and peace, and will be very honest and truthful in my reading / healing - that may mean hearing something you don’t want to, but it will never be a bad prediction or scary reading. It will be guidance and support, as your guides want you to be on your soul path living a happy fulfilling life. This may mean highlighting things that are not for your highest good, and options to help you make conscious choices to reach your highest potential in life.

Healing is linear and a continuous process that is done in stages. I will never tell you how many sessions you need. As you are the best guide to your soul, and will be guided towards healing as and when you need it. I will simply advise you on what type of healing my guides suggest, as I will perform an analysis journey with my guides to check this before proceeding with your healing. Then check that you are comfortable to go ahead with this.
