1:1 Shamanic Energy Healing and CBT Therapy Coaching

The sessions are either as a standalone session or will be 6 sessions as a full course (please note these can be spread out over a few months ) for whole course this will help you look at who you are through conditioning , experiences , childhood and the beliefs and experiences that have followed due to where you are now on your journey.We will look at where you are right now in your life and through guided shamanic journeys a form of connection to spirit and the universe you will be shown where you need to heal or change we will use sacred practices both shamanic and pagan alongside psychotherapy to help you step onto a new path and heal these wounds while becoming empowered and the leader of your own destiny.
